The experience includes a visit to the Giampiero Borghetti winery, as well as an explanation of the methods used to make Valpolicella wine, directly in the place where it is produced. After this short tour, you will take part in a tasting of our wines in one of the Castrum settings, depending on the weather: on the panoramic terrace, on the scenic stage in the cellar, or in our indoor hall with a wide view of Valpolicella.
