The experience includes an explanation of Valpolicella winemaking methods and many other curiosities introduced by our experts. The tasting of the exclusive Valpolicella Castrum line of wines will take place in the cellars of Casa Fraccaroli, built in the eighteenth century, where today our Wine Bar & Bistro is located. You can choose between three types of travel into the world of Valpolicella wine without ever leaving the Castrum.

4) VALPOLICELLA ON THE TABLE – Dinner Between Wines and Tradition
An exclusive culinary experience at our Wine Bar & Bistrò, featuring a three-course dinner accompanied by a selection of fine wines from the Valpolicella Classica region, designed to enhance each individual flavor in a perfect balance between tradition and refinement.
Start your experience with a refined gourmet platter of locally selected cured meats and cheeses, carefully paired with a glass of our fine Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso DOC “Il Davide.”
Next, choose from one of three main courses*: Pork Ribs with Amarone reduction, Beef Tagliata with roasted potatoes, or Scottona Hamburger with rustic potatoes, all paired with a glass of Amarone Classico DOCG “Achille.”
To conclude, indulge in our traditional Sbrisolona cake, perfectly paired with a glass of our Recioto DOCG “Clizia.”
